In 2019, Lauren Lopriore started Liv & Let- Thriving Through Breast Cancer to offer the resources she needed during her own fight with cancer and then as a support for friends who had been diagnosed with cancer. Her blog became an information hub of events, information and product recommendations for those who have recently been diagnosed, those going through treatment, those who are learning about their family history and interested in prevention as well as for caregivers. In sharing her story as a young adult cancer survivor, Lauren is creating space and empowering others impacted by breast cancer including previvors, survivors and caregivers. 

As a part of that ongoing mission and effort, a percentage of proceeds from the Giv Shoppe will be donated to charities empowering the breast cancer, cancer and mental health communities through research, education and care. 

For each shoppe purchase made, a percentage is contributed to the crate fund which allows us to send one crate each month as well as a monetary donation to an organization supporting the cancer or mental health community.

We offer an expedited shipping option. Please choose this option or email lauren@livandlet.com. This cannot be applied to the concierge service since more time is dedicated to this process.

We cannot guarantee your package will arrive on a specific day, but we will do our best to send the package out with the delivery service selected to arrive closely to the date you have in mind. 

If the order is being sent as a gift, we will not include a receipt. What will be included is a Liv & Let and Giv Shoppe info card, a “curated for you” card and a card with a promotion code for the recipients first order in the shoppe. 

If it’s a personal order, a receipt will be provided.

We ship anywhere in the US via FedEx, UPS or USPS.

There will be a processing time of 2-3 days. We offer standard shipping for $8-11 (pending the size of the order).

Orders typically take between 7-10 business days from receiving the request, connection with customer, customization and delivery. We'll send you an email once your order has shipped and include the tracking number, as well as an email when your order has been delivered. 

Tracking information may take up to 72 hours to go live on a common courier’s system from the time you receive your shipment notification email. If your tracking number has not become live after that time, please email us and we will be happy to investigate.

Currently, we do not accept returned items. However, we are committed to the best customer satisfaction, so if you experience a problem with the package you receive or you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we have the opportunity to make it right for you.

If you need a different size, an exchange for a different size can be possible, however, please note that we may not have all sizes and colors available for each item in our inventory. We will do our best to connect with our partners to get you the size you need.
