STEP 1 - Dose. Wet hair and hands and twist tube key to dispense a 1 inch strip onto palm (for medium length hair).
STEP 2 - Activate. Rub wet hands together to spread the formula and 'activate'.
STEP 3 - Lather. Thoroughly wet hair and work from root to tip for 30 seconds without rinsing to build up a rich lather. Rinse as normal.
